Terms of sale

• Because the figures are hand-painted, there may be some brush marks or uneven coloring, and the price will vary depending on the condition. Please refer to the product description section and check the detailed photos.
• We strive to convey the real image as much as possible by eliminating background decorations in product photos, but the color may differ slightly depending on the characteristics of the display you are using.
• The product box has some scratches and dents because it was used for shipping. Items with no major damage to the edges or corners are within the normal range.
• Since the Chrysalis Collection is directly imported from the UK, prices are subject to change without notice due to changes in shipping costs, exchange rates, etc.
• Please refrain from canceling your order after it has been accepted. Unless it is unavoidable, if you cancel due to customer convenience, we may not be able to accept future orders.
