How to order
- Please press the "Add to Cart" and "Apply" buttons from the product list or product details page to proceed to the order page.
- After placing your order, an "Order Confirmation" email will be automatically sent.

We usually ship items within two days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipping, we will notify you of the shipping number etc. in a shipping notification.

When you do not receive an order confirmation email

There may be customs duties imposed by customs authorities in each country or region. In the event of such duties, they will be the responsibility of the customer, so please be aware of this in advance.
The determination of whether customs duties will be imposed or not is based on the assessment of the physical goods by customs authorities in each country or region. Therefore, we cannot make this determination before shipping. Please be informed of this in advance.
Delivery time
- We will normally ship within 3-5 days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Terms of sale
- Because the figures are hand-painted, there may be some brush marks or uneven coloring, and the price will vary depending on the condition. Please refer to the product description section and check the detailed photos.
- We strive to convey the real image as much as possible by eliminating background decorations in product photos, but the color may differ slightly depending on the characteristics of the display you are using.
- The product box has some scratches and dents because it was used for shipping. Items with no major damage to the edges or corners are within the normal range.
- Since the Chrysalis Collection is directly imported from the UK, prices are subject to change without notice due to changes in shipping costs, exchange rates, etc.
- Please refrain from canceling your order after it has been accepted. Unless it is unavoidable, if you cancel due to customer convenience, we may not be able to accept future orders.
Returns and exchanges
- In the event of product damage, etc. If there is any damage that appears to have occurred during transportation, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the situation, we will replace the item with a replacement item at our expense or issue a refund.
- In case of customer's convenience, the outer box, styrofoam, and accessories must be in the same condition as when they arrived.
-Please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the product, and return the product after receiving our approval email.
-Shipping charges, return charges, cash on delivery charges, credit card payment charges, transfer charges, and other incidental costs will be borne by the customer.
・After confirming the returned product, we will refund the price excluding the above costs.
