Returns and exchanges

  • In the event of product damage, etc. If there is any damage that appears to have occurred during transportation, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the situation, we will replace the item with a replacement item at our expense or issue a refund.
  • In case of customer's convenience, the outer box, styrofoam, and accessories must be in the same condition as when they arrived.
    -Please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the product, and return the product after receiving our approval email.
    -Shipping charges, return charges, cash on delivery charges, credit card payment charges, transfer charges, and other incidental costs will be borne by the customer.
    ・After confirming the returned product, we will refund the price excluding the above costs.
